Available at AED625 for five days of meals, the brand-new programme focuses on detoxifying and anti-inflammatory ingredients and runs throughout January and aims to cleanse the body while taking the hassle out of shopping and food prep. With dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free options available in abundance, meals comprise a structured balance of fruits, veg and lean proteins in nutrient-dense dishes including egg-white omelettes, quinoa and pistachio-crusted salmon and, of course, smashed avocado on toast.
