Introducing a brand-new food menu, specially created by newly appointed Head Chef Salvatore Barcelona; a selection of new hubbly flavours and complemented by an exotic beverage menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Inspired by its authentic surroundings, the newly launched menu combines some of the region’s most popular dishes with new seasonal favourites incorporating some of the freshest ingredients, freshly picked from the hotel’s on-site herb garden. Highlights from the tantalising menu include, Egyptian favourite koshari, makanek with pomegranate seasoning and Rocca zaatar salad.
