The restaurant has long been a favorite within the Dubai social scene, combining great views and delicious food under one roof. With the launch of the new brunch, foodies can expect sharing plates, curated flavors and crafted beverages with a fresh take. Complete with an upbeat vibe and lively atmosphere set by a fun DJ and of course, paired with the best views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, enjoy the weekend exactly how it should be spent.
Set around the classic 360-degreee shaped restaurant, the food section will have a spread on pasta, grilled meat and fresh safood, served with a colorful range of salads and crusty bread straight from the oven (make sure to pick on the Olive Bread). Chefs at the individual live stations will prepare dishes to your liking and serve them right to your table. Sushi, shucked oysters and an impressive cheese station will also be available as well as a tasty range of knuckles. Hot dishes vary weekly to ensure your taste buds never tire of the selection. The culinary team has also retained specials on demand such as the grill station that regular Observatory brunch goers have come to love.
Sweet lovers have a lot to indulge in with a treat corner filled with desserts, including homemade ice cream, crafted pudding jars, a chocolate fountain and freshly made crepes.
For brunchers who love to ‘knock it back’ on a Friday, with six different types of drink stations there is a whole lot of options to choose from. At each station, you can either get your all-time favorites or try out a new concoction, ranging from Fosters and Wine to Jose Cuervo and Jim Beam.
Located indoors, The Observatory is the ‘it’ place for those looking to escape the heat for a chilled Friday afternoon with friends, celebrate a birthday or have a fun date. Party-on afterwards with Happy Hour prices at the bar, a live DJ and Instagram-worthy views of the sun setting across the city.
Launched this month, the Sky High Brunch is available from AED 450 per person, every Friday 12.30-3.30pm.
