Following its successful Abu Dhabi opening at The Galleria Al Maryah Island last year, Blaze Pizza, the fast-casual artisanal pizza concept known for its hip restaurants and custom-build pizza, expands its presence in United Arab Emirates with the opening of its first Dubai restaurant at The Dubai Mall. The new restaurant opening marks the brand’s 10th store in the Middle East.
Diners can now enjoy the goodness of Blaze Pizza in the heart of downtown Dubai. Popular for its build-your-own artisanal pizza, the new location spans over 1,700 square feet (150 square meters) and offers a fun atmosphere that customers will love.
Since its regional launch in 2018, Blaze Pizza has quickly become one of Middle East’s hottest pizza concepts, with fans lining up each day for the custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads and blood orange lemonade. Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to create their own pizza by choosing from a wide selection of fresh and clean ingredients that would match their dietary preferences.
Blaze Pizza makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by critically acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent, which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. Once the toppings are chosen, the pizza enters the open flame oven and is ready after only 180 seconds.
Welcoming more than 80 million visitors annually, The Dubai Mall offers unparalleled retail variety, combined with best-in-class dining, entertainment and leisure attractions. The new store is open at The Dubai Mall’s second floor – above the ice rink – daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Guests can enjoy their Blaze Pizza experience at the newly opened location that abides by the health and safety, and social distancing measures laid down by the government. In-store measures such as wellness checks of store team and guests, regular sanitization of surfaces, controlled seating capacity, required usage of masks, gloves and hand sanitizers, are among others that are all strictly followed to ensure customers’ safety while enjoying their dream pizza.
