Following the sold-out success of its Tignanello Wine Dinner, Chic Nonna proudly unveils Chapter II of The Wine Library, an intimate and exclusive affair dedicated to Sassicaia, the wine that redefined Italy’s place on the world stage.
On Wednesday, October 23rd at 8:30 PM, guests are invited to embark on a journey through time, terroir, and legacy, discovering the artistry of Sassicaia through a curated multi-course dinner by Chef Francesco Torcasio.
From the most acclaimed early vintages to the rare depth of the late ’90s, each pour reveals a chapter of history, passion, and innovation, an ode to the Tenuta San Guido estate and its role in shaping the legend of the Super Tuscan.
The evening begins with a glass of Ruinart Brut Champagne, followed by an exquisite tasting menu where every dish is thoughtfully paired to mirror the elegance, structure, and soul of each wine.
