On the occasion of the 46th UAE National Day, COYA has created a special dessert, the passion chocolate marquise, dark muscovado centred, maracuja snow.
Available exclusively at both COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi the dessert pays homage to the colors of the UAE flag. It is a delicious mix of valrhona passion chocolate, passion fruit, dark muscovado sugar, whole eggs, cream and gelatin and is offered from November 30 – December 2, 2017
