This autumn, Dubai will welcome Orilla, the first restaurant concept from the Stellar Society Group, led by acclaimed Chef Saradhi Dakara. Taking its name from the Spanish word for “shore”, Orilla is a culinary destination inspired by the golden-hued towns of the Mediterranean coast, infused with the elegance and precision of Asian kitchens. With its impressive pedigree and bold vision, Orilla promises to be one of the hottest new restaurant openings of the year.
Located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Orilla offers sweeping views across Dubai’s skyline and a casual-meets-luxury design that marries coastal charm with Saradhi’s eye for detail, setting the stage for everything from laid-back lunches and golden hour aperitifs to buzzy, social dinners that encourage a late finish.
“After years of cooking, traveling, and learning from the vibrant towns that line the Mediterranean coast, I wanted to create a place that captures the spirit of those memories, the flavors, the energy, the simplicity, and the soul,” says Chef Saradhi Dakara.
