After the success of its previous royal Khansama Menu, the Samundari Khazana has been created exclusively to cater to the taste of seafood lovers and food fanatics. This is a completely new menu invented in the India Palace kitchens, offering the best treasures of the ocean, reimagined with wholesome and fresh flavors.
The signature dish is the delectable Tandoori Lobster, which is a whole Omani Lobster, fresh catch of the day, flavored with Garam Masala & Kashmiri Chili. The limited-edition festive menu introduces the rich heritage of the Mughal Empire where simple, wholesome ingredients blend together in making the most authentic Indian food, full of flavor and character.
